The Brothers Bloom (May 15)- I’m going off the beaten path here with this one. There are tons of blockbusters set to come out this month, but this is a little different than those. It’s a con-man comedy with some great pedigree. Just thought I’d give you something if you wanted to stay away from the popcorn movies for whatever reason.
TV
Pushing Daisies (May 30)- 
It’s the end of the line for this adorable show. I don’t know what other word to use. It’s just endearing, funny, clever, unique, and insanely original. So maybe I have a FEW other words in mind! I MAY have already seen these episodes since they’ve been released in the UK, but I implore you if you have a taste for something off the radar, watch this show. You will fall in absolute LOVE with the characters. Oh, I’ll miss you piemaker and friends. I’ll miss you dearly.

Phoenix-Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (May 25)- Out of the many albums you should listen to this May, this is THE one. I think it’s super accessible. It’s super fun. And it rocks. It will be the soundtrack to my summer, it’s already the soundtrack to my spring and only two tracks have been released. I really highly, highly recommend it. It’s bouncy and guaranteed to improve your mood. You will not regret this, I promise. It gets TWO PR stamps of approval. No, 3.
Also this month: new Green Day, Grizzly Bear, John Vanderslice, Conor Oberst, and Iron & Wine among others. Should be a fantastic, fantastic month for music.
